ChromeZone
The ChromeZone is your student-led tech support and repair center at ETHS. Located in H220, the ChromeZone is where you can get support for all district-issued Chromebooks, chargers, and WiFi hotspots. Our student tech experts are ready to assist with any tech needs you might have and get you back on track.
What You Can Do at the ChromeZone:

Get help with a broken or malfunctioning Chromebook

Check out a loaner device if you forgot your Chromebook

Replace a lost, stolen, or damaged Chromebook or charger (fees apply)

Pick up a WiFi hotspot if you need internet access at home

Ask general tech questions or get troubleshooting help
When to Visit
The ChromeZone is open every school day for walk-in support. Students can visit the ChromeZone for tech support during AM Support, free blocks, passing periods, or with a pass from a teacher.
Mondays: 8:00am to 2:00pm
Tuesday – Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm

The ChromeZone is powered by student techs who provide real-time support for Chromebook issues and help their peers stay connected. Volunteering as a student tech is a great way to gain hands-on experience, build troubleshooting skills, and be part of a collaborative, service-minded team—all while earning community service hours.
