Come to school ready to learn, make choices that align with your goals, and speak up when you need help. You are responsible for your actions—and you deserve to be treated with care and dignity, especially by yourself. Respecting yourself means recognizing your own worth and taking steps to advocate for your needs and goals.

• Be on time and prepared for class
• Ask for help when you need it—whether it’s from a teacher, counselor, dean, or peer
• Take ownership of your actions and decisions
• Make healthy choices in and out of school
• Practice self-care and look out for your mental and physical well-being 
• Report bullying or harassment

Respecting others means listening, learning from differences, and treating every person with kindness and empathy—no matter who they are. Everyone deserves to feel safe, included, and valued. Respecting others means being mindful that your words and actions have impact—and choosing to make that impact a positive one.

Our school is a shared space, and we all play a part in making ETHS a place we’re proud of. Respecting the community means following shared expectations, taking care of our school spaces, and contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Respecting the community means understanding that your actions affect more than just you—they shape the environment for all Wildkits.

• Care for school property and shared spaces—clean up after yourself and treat facilities with care and respect
• Represent ETHS with integrity in classrooms, hallways, online, and off campus
• Follow school guidelines and expectations
• Participate in school life in ways that uplift our community
• Follow expectations not just because they’re rules, but because they support the success and safety of everyone
