Report a Concern
If you are a student, parent/guardian, employee, or community member who needs to raise a concern of harassment or discrimination, please notify your student’s Dean and/or submit the Incident Reporting Form (Formulario de Reporte de Incidentes) below. This form provides an opportunity for ETHS community members to notify us of concerns that we need to address. If you experience or witness concerning behaviors, you are encouraged to report them. Reports made through the Incident Reporting Form are reviewed by school administration and, when appropriate, directed to the relevant department to be addressed.
This form is not for reporting emergency situations. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 911.
