Student Services
The Student Services Department at Evanston Township High School supports the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of all students. Our team works collaboratively with teachers, families, and community partners to provide resources, guidance, and programs that help students succeed at ETHS and beyond.

| Attendance | Monitors student attendance, supports families with attendance questions, and works with students to maintain consistent school engagement. |
| Counseling & Guidance | Provides academic planning, course selection support, and guidance to help students make informed decisions about high school and post-secondary pathways. |
| Mental Health Services | Offers counseling, assessment, crisis support, and referrals to ensure students’ social, emotional, and psychological needs are met. |
| Case Management | Coordinates supports for students with complex needs, such as 504 Plans, to ensure accommodations, interventions, and services are implemented effectively and aligned for student success. |
| Academic Intervention |
Provides targeted support to help students improve academic performance and overcome learning challenges. |
| Health Services | Provides care for student illness and injury, as well as routine health screenings, medication management, and support for chronic health conditions. |
| Substance Use Prevention & Intervention | Provides education, intervention, and resources to help students make safe choices regarding alcohol, drugs, and nicotine. |
| Homeless & Basic Needs Resources |
Assists students experiencing housing instability or other barriers to success by connecting them to essential services and support. |
| Registrar Services | Maintains student records, course schedules, transcripts, and enrollment documentation. |
| Alternative Education | Supports students who benefit from non-traditional educational settings, programs, or schedules to ensure continued progress toward graduation. |
Student Support Teams
At ETHS, each student is supported by a multidisciplinary team that addresses the unique needs of individual students, coordinates interventions, and helps connect students with the resources they need to succeed. Student Support Teams include the following staff:

- Academic Intervention Team (AIT) Advisor
