Welcoming Our New Principal, Dr. McNeal

As the 2025-26 school year begins, Evanston Township High School is turning the page to an exciting new chapter with Dr. Quiana McNeal stepping into the role of principal.

Dr. McNeal brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to academic excellence, equity, and student success. From her start as a special education teacher to her leadership roles as a principal and district administrator, she has built a reputation for fostering inclusive learning environments and strengthening student support systems.

Chosen from a highly competitive pool of candidates, Dr. McNeal stood out for her vision, leadership, and student-centered approach. “I am honored to serve as the next principal of ETHS and to become part of this outstanding school community,” she shared. “I look forward to working together to support the success of every student and to continue fostering a culture of learning, equity, and achievement.”
