ETHS Parents, Fill Out the Illinois 5Essentials Survey

Parents and guardians in ETHS District 202--and across Illinois-- can take part in the Illinois 5Essentials Survey from the Illinois State Boad of Education. This survey helps schools understand what is working well and what can be improved.

The survey takes about 10 minutes and is available online at https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/. You can take it on your computer, phone, or tablet. All answers are completely confidential and will not be connected to any individual person.
