Home Access Center (HAC) is our student information system that allows you to view student grades, attendance, and registration information as it is entered in the school district’s database.

Parents/guardians can use HAC to:

• View your student’s weekly class schedule and attendance
• See class assignments and scores
• Check current grades, progress reports, and report cards
• Sign up to receive progress reports and report cards by email
• Update parent/guardian phone and email address
• Submit Returning Student Registration in the spring for the next school year

How to Log In to HAC

Login information is sent to parent/guardian email addresses on file at the start of the school year. For families of incoming freshmen, login information is sent in March, after the enrollment period and before the new school year begins.

HAC Mobile App by PowerSchool

A mobile version of Home Access Center (HAC) is available for quick access to key information like attendance, schedules, classwork, report cards, and notifications. To get started:

• Download the free eSchoolPlus Family app for iPhone or Android.
• Open the app and select “Evanston Twp. H.S. District 202.”
• Log in using your HAC username and password.
• If you have more than one student, you may need to select your student from your family list.

myETHS provides a wide range of information and forms related to your student’s daily life and school responsibilities:

Parents/guardians can use myETHS to: 

• Report your student’s absence online
• Check your student’s AM Support attendance
• View your student’s Tardy Tracker
• Review discipline records
• Check student account balance
• Update consents for participation in athletics, fine arts, student activities, and media release

SchooLinks is ETHS’s official college and career planning tool for students in Grades 9–12. Parents/guardians can create linked accounts to support their student’s planning process. Claiming your SchooLinks account is an important step in supporting your student’s college and career readiness journey.

Parents/guardians can use SchooLinks to: 

• View your student’s post-secondary plans and progress
• Review the ETHS course catalog
• Track college applications and deadlines
• Access scholarship and financial aid tools
• Help build a personalized plan for your student’s life after high school

How to Claim Your Parent/Guardian SchooLinks Account

For families with current ETHS students, you are already registered with SchooLinks. The email address that received this message is the one registered to your SchooLinks account. Follow these steps to access your account for the first time:

The ETHS Web Store is a convenient way for parents/guardians and students to make secure online payments for a variety of school-related fees and purchases.

Parents/guardians can use myETHS to:

• Pay student fees
• Add to lunch balances
• Purchase PE uniforms
• Pay fees for activities or field trips
• And more

TalkingPoints is an easy-to-use platform that helps families communicate directly with ETHS teachers and staff through text messages. TalkingPoints automatically translates messages into over 150 languages.

Parents/guardians can use TalkingPoints to:

• Communicate with your student’s teachers, coaches, and other school staff
• Receive messages automatically translated into your preferred language
• Send messages in your preferred language that are automatically translated
• Get important updates from ETHS via text message

How to Get Started

• Ensure your contact information is up-to-date in Home Access Center (HAC).
• You will automatically start receiving text messages from your student’s teachers or school staff through TalkingPoints.

ETHS has chosen to use Deledao Admin and Deledao Teacher services to:

• Help protect students against harmful and inappropriate online material
• Help students stay focused when learning online
• Help assess students’ progress towards class assignments
• Facilitate communication between teachers and students during class time 

Deledao’s web-based services operate on our school’s managed Google Workspace for Education Chrome accounts (i.e., when a student is logged into Chrome or a Chromebook with their school email address).

We ask that students use their school-managed Google accounts and school-managed devices for educational purposes within the boundaries of ETHS’’s Acceptable Use Policy and Chromebook Agreement. 

When a student is off campus, Deledao’s web-based services will continue to operate when the student is using their school-managed Google account. We encourage parents/guardians to discuss rules for appropriate internet usage with their child, and reinforce lessons of digital citizenship and safety with him or her. 

ETHS offers parents/guardians access to Deledao’s Parent Portal, a mobile app to help keep parents/guardians aware of their children's activity on school-issued devices and provide them with additional controls during out-of-school hours. Deledao Parent is a companion to the classroom management and internet filtering tools ETHS uses for Chromebooks issued to students. Through the use of this app, we hope to encourage more open and honest conversations between guardians and children that will result in safer practices and responsible browsing habits.

Guardians can request to receive email summaries about their student's activity in Google Classroom. These summaries do not include grades. For grades, please use Home Access Center. More information can be found here.

Teachers are able to invite guardians to subscribe to classroom summaries. Once accepted as the guardian for one class, you will receive summaries for all classes that the student is enrolled in.
