Open House

Parents and guardians will follow their student’s Wildkit Monday schedule throughout the evening, with 10 minutes in each class. This is an opportunity to meet teachers, learn about the course curriculum, and get a glimpse into their student’s classroom experience.

Teachers will provide an overview of their courses, including curriculum, learning expectations, major topics, and what students can expect throughout the school year. This is an opportunity for parents and guardians to better understand their student’s classroom experience and how they can support learning at home.

Families will have opportunities to connect with their student’s Student Support Team, as well as ETHS leaders and staff. Grade-level deans, counselors, social workers, and psychologists will be available to answer questions and share information about academic, social-emotional, and well-being resources.

Families can use this flexible time to explore resources and connect with staff throughout the building. Visit The Hub, Main Lobby, Welcome Center, and other spaces to attend sessions on post-high school planning and other topics, meet members of your student’s support team, and complete items on the Open House to-do list.

Staff from the Language Learning & Services Department will be available throughout the evening to support families and help coordinate interpretation and translation needs.
