West End Catering

1. Review the Catering Menu.

2. Complete and submit the ETHS Catering Order Form.

• Orders must be submitted at least three (3) working days before the event.

• For events with more than 50 guests, seven (7) days advance notice is required.

• Late orders may incur additional charges.

• External customers must provide credit/debit card payment information.

• ETHS Departments must provide an account number or alternate method of payment when placing an order.

Final guest counts are due three (3) working days before your event. This is the number of guests for which you will be charged. Guest count adjustments cannot be made after this deadline.

Catering supply items such as serving utensils, chafing frames, and cambros are available upon request. These are charged at $0.50 per item. Be sure to include supply needs on your Catering Order Form.

• If event supplies (such as trays or equipment) are moved from the original location, please notify Nutrition Services. Repeated retrievals may result in additional fees.

• For safety reasons, use of ETHS kitchen equipment is not allowed.
