If you have not been contacted by ETHS regarding your student's registration, no action is needed. Families with incomplete registration or missing residency documentation have been contacted directly by the Registrar’s Office.

Families who have been contacted and need to submit residency documents may do so by email at addressverification@eths202.org or in person at the Registrar's Office (S127). For a list of required documents, please visit eths202.org/residency.

Students who are required to submit health forms should provide all required documentation by email to nurses@eths202.org or drop forms off at Entrance 1 or 2 in a sealed envelope labeled "Health Services." For a complete list of required health forms and immunization requirements, visit eths202.org/HealthForms.

Important: Students entering Grade 12 must submit proof of meningitis vaccination.

Student fee payments are not yet available as we complete our transition to Infinite Campus. There is nothing you need to do at this time.

We will notify all families when fee payment is available and provide instructions for paying fees online through Infinite Campus. In the meantime, families may review the list of school fees to help plan for the upcoming school year.

Previous account balances will carry over into Infinite Campus, including any outstanding fees and fines. Please note that while your current balance will be available, the detailed breakdown of individual charges may not be displayed in Infinite Campus when it launches.

Items returned over the summer, including textbooks and other materials, may not be immediately reflected in your account. We appreciate your patience as we continue updating records and completing this transition.

The Financial Assistance Form, which includes free and reduced meal applications, is not yet available. There is nothing you need to do at this time.

The Financial Assistance Form will be available through Infinite Campus once the system launches. Students who qualified for free or reduced meals last year will continue to receive those benefits through September while eligibility information is updated. We will notify families when the application becomes available and provide instructions for completing and submitting the application online.

Some students may qualify through direct certification, meaning eligibility is automatically determined based on information received from state agencies, such as SNAP or TANF. Families who are directly certified will receive notice and do not need to complete an application.

Once available, families will be able to review and update contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, directly in Infinite Campus. 

For home address changes, documentation will be required. To submit residency documents, send email to addressverification@eths202.org or bring them in person to the Registrar's Office (S127). For a list of required documents, please visit eths202.org/residency.

If you are concerned that you are not receiving ETHS communications, please email communications@eths202.org so we can review your contact information and ensure you are included in future updates.

Register now for any sports you plan to participate in during the 2026-27 school year, including fall, winter, and spring sports. Review our Program Profiles to explore all sports offerings and opportunities available throughout the year. Students should complete registration now, regardless of when their sport season begins.

Sports registration is currently available through a temporary online form while the district transitions to Infinite Campus. Once sports registration is available through Infinite Campus, we will notify students and families.

All students must complete the sports registration process for the 2026-27 school year. This includes students who previously registered through myETHS before the cybersecurity incident.

Students must submit a valid sports physical before the start of your season. Physicals may be scanned and emailed to sportsphysicals@eths202.org, uploaded through the registration form, or dropped off at the Athletic Office.

The first day of school will follow our regular Wildkit Monday schedule, with classes beginning for all students at 8:30am. This is a change from previous years, when we used a split schedule for the first day. Students should plan to arrive on time and be ready to start the school year together. Virtual Student IDs will be available through Infinite Campus (not through myETHS). Information about how to access and use the virtual ID will be shared before the first day of school so students are prepared to scan in when needed.

ETHS will no longer issue physical ID cards to all students. Students who need a physical ID card may visit the ID Center and will receive one free of charge.

Student schedules will be available through Infinite Campus once they are finalized. Students and families will have access to schedules before the start of the 2026-27 school year. At this time, schedules have not yet been released. We will notify families when schedules become available.

Please note: Student schedules will only be available through Infinite Campus. Schedules will not be mailed, emailed, or posted through any other platform.

Parking on campus is limited to seniors with a valid ETHS parking permit. Students who were selected for a permit through the parking lottery should check their ETHS email for instructions on completing the permit process.

All students enrolled at ETHS are eligible to receive a Student Ventra Card, which provides access to Student Reduced Fares on CTA buses and trains and PACE buses.

Purchase a New Student Ventra Card
Student Ventra Cards cost $2 and are issued directly by ETHS. New students can purchase a card during New Student Pickup Days (August 6-7) or at New Student Orientation. During the school year, cards can be purchased through the Business Office (H108). 

Renew Your Student Ventra Card
Students do not need to purchase a new Student Ventra Card each year. The card is valid for five years; however, students must renew their Ventra privileges each fall to continue receiving the student fare. To renew your Ventra Card, please complete the renewal form.

ETHS communicates with families in several ways throughout the school year:

• Email: Regular updates, important announcements, and school information.
• Weekly Newsletter: District news, important reminders, and upcoming events.
• Social Media: Follow @ETHSWildkits for highlights, reminders, and updates. 
• Emergency Notifications: Urgent notifications, including school closures, safety information, and other time-sensitive messages are sent via email, phone call, and text message.
