Operations & Facilities

The Operations & Facilities Department ensures that Evanston Township High School’s buildings, grounds, and daily operations run safely, efficiently, and smoothly. Our Operations team is dedicated to providing a clean, secure, and well-maintained environment that supports learning, athletics, extracurricular activities, student life, and community events.

Areas of Responsibility
Facilities Management Maintaining classrooms, offices, athletic spaces, and common areas to ensure a safe and functional campus.
Custodial Services Cleaning and sanitizing all school spaces daily to provide a healthy learning environment.
Maintenance & Repairs Handling routine and emergency repairs, equipment upkeep, and preventive maintenance.
Grounds & Landscaping Maintaining lawns, athletic fields, trees, and green spaces for safety, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Energy & Sustainability Implementing energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly practices throughout the campus. For more information, visit Sustainability.
Logistics & Operations Supporting events, managing deliveries, and overseeing transportation and facility usage.
