Instructional & Informational Technology

The Enterprise Applications team manages and supports the district’s core systems for student, financial, HR, and communications data. The team ensures that staff have the tools and training to use enterprise applications effectively, develops custom reports and applications to meet school needs, maintains the course schedule, and manages integrations with third-party systems, including required state reporting.

The Instructional Technology division supports technology initiatives that enhance communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking across the district. This includes training and support for instructional hardware, software, and equipment, as well as managing the 1:1 Digital Learning Initiative, which provides laptops to all students. The team also leads professional development for faculty and staff on integrating technology to improve student learning.

The Media/Tech Services team, part of the Instructional and Informational Technology (IIT) department, manages the district’s media and technology facilities and provides a range of services for staff and students.

The Network Administration team manages and supports the district’s IP-based computer network, including wiring, wireless access, data routing and switching, servers, storage, and internet connectivity. Our work ensures reliable access to enterprise applications that support both business operations and classroom learning.

The Technical Support team provides professional service, support, and training to meet the technology needs of all students, faculty, and staff at ETHS. Working closely with other IIT teams, we help ensure that everyone has the tools and resources needed to maximize teaching and learning. Our goal is to deliver creative, innovative solutions while maintaining the high standards of ETHS.
