Infinite Campus Transition

After evaluating various options throughout the course of the 2025-26 school year, ETHS selected Infinite Campus as our new student information system. Infinite Campus is a modern student information system that will improve how the district manages student information and provides families with access to schedules, attendance, grades, and other important information. The platform provides a single location for managing student information and school services, making it easier for students, families, and staff to access the information they need.

While the cybersecurity incident affected the implementation timeline, the decision to move to Infinite Campus was made because it is the best long-term solution for our school community.

Originally, ETHS planned to transition to Infinite Campus over a two-year implementation process. Following the cybersecurity incident, the district evaluated the significant work that would have been required to rebuild and restore the existing eSchoolPlus system. Because ETHS had already committed to transitioning to Infinite Campus, we determined that implementing the new system in time for the start of the school year was the best path forward. While this is a significantly faster timeline, it allows the district to focus its time, resources, and recovery efforts on the system that will support students, families, and staff moving forward, rather than rebuilding a system that was already planned for replacement.

Home Access Center (HAC) and myETHS are no longer available for families and students to access. Student records and information are being securely transferred to Infinite Campus.

Infinite Campus will become the district's primary student information system. The system will launch with the core information and tools needed to support the start of school. The tools and information previously available through HAC and myETHS will transition to Infinite Campus over time, with additional features becoming available as implementation continues.

Infinite Campus will become the primary student information system for ETHS families. At launch, families will use Infinite Campus to access essential information, including student schedules, attendance, grades, report cards, meal payments, and student and family information. Families will have access to Infinite Campus before the start of the 2026–27 school year. Because implementation is occurring on an accelerated timeline, the district is continuing to finalize the rollout plan and launch schedule. We will share the specific date for family access, along with additional information and guidance, as soon as those details are available.

Implementing a new student information system is a significant undertaking that requires data conversion, testing, staff training, and careful planning. We appreciate families’ patience and partnership as we work to ensure a successful transition.

ETHS will provide families with resources and guidance to help them get started with Infinite Campus. Before launch, families will receive information about accessing Campus Parent and using key features of the system. Additional support resources will be available as families begin using Infinite Campus.

We know there will be many questions and much to learn, and we are committed to providing training, resources, and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

No. Families do not need to re-enroll their students because of the transition to Infinite Campus. Student enrollment information and records are being transferred into the new system as part of the implementation process. Families should only complete registration steps if they are contacted by the district or if they have not yet completed the registration process.

New students, including incoming freshmen and transfer students, can register online. Returning students who still need to complete residency verification should complete that process as soon as possible. Required documents may be emailed to addressverification@eths202.org or dropped off at the Registrar’s Office (S127). Families dropping off documents should use Entrance 2 to access the office.

During this transition period, the district is continuing to finalize the Infinite Campus environment before it launches for staff, students, and families. We understand that families want information about schedules, records, and account access as soon as possible. However, staff cannot provide information from the new system until the data transfer and validation process is complete and the system is ready for use.

This is a temporary limitation during the implementation process and does not represent a loss of student records or information. The district will continue sharing updates as additional details become available.

At this time, families do not need to take any action related to Infinite Campus. The district is continuing to prepare the system and will provide families with information about account access, available features, and next steps before launch. Families should continue to monitor district communications for updates and important back-to-school information, and complete any outstanding requirements, such as registration or residency verification, if applicable.
