Home Access Center (HAC) and myETHS are no longer available for families and students to access. Student records and information are being securely transferred to Infinite Campus.

Infinite Campus will become the district's primary student information system as announced on July 17, 2026. The system will launch with the core information and tools needed to support the start of school. The tools and information previously available through HAC and myETHS will transition to Infinite Campus over time, with additional features becoming available as implementation continues. Home Access Center remains unavailable at this time. We understand that students may need access to grades for various reasons, including college applications, scholarship applications, and more. Students who need a copy of their transcript should submit a request through Parchment. For instructions, visit our Transcripts page. There is no cost for unofficial transcripts requested through Parchment when students send them to themselves. Class of 2026 graduates can also access their transcripts through SchooLinks.

We are aware that Semester 2 grades are currently not appearing on transcripts requested through Parchment for some students. If your transcript is missing Semester 2 grades, please contact the Registrar’s Office so we can assist in correcting the issue and provide an updated transcript: registrarsoffice@eths202.org

If you do not urgently need a transcript, no action is required at this time. This will help us prioritize requests from students and families who need assistance immediately.

After reviewing the impact of the closure on Summer School programming, the district has determined that make-up days will not be required for Summer School courses. Classes will proceed according to their regular schedules for the remainder of the session and conclude according to the originally published schedule. Students who successfully complete their Summer School courses will receive full course credit.

For students enrolled in Prep to ETHS, an optional make-up session will be offered on Friday, June 12. This session is optional and will not count against student attendance.

How will this impact student attendance requirements?
The emergency closure will not count against student attendance. Because Summer School was not in session on June 8-9, those days will not be considered student absences. Students will continue to be permitted up to two (2) excused absences in accordance with Summer School attendance expectations. All attendance expectations for the remainder of the Summer School session remain in effect.

Will refunds be issued for the canceled days?
The district will not be issuing refunds or making adjustments to Summer School tuition and fees for the emergency closure days. Summer School courses will continue as scheduled and students will receive full course credit upon successful completion.

We recognize that students missed valuable instructional time during the emergency closure and appreciate the flexibility and understanding shown by our Summer School community as we continue to respond to this unexpected situation.

District-issued Chromebooks can continue to be used without interruption.

The attack affected critical systems needed to safely operate campus, including internet access, network systems, door access, phone systems, PA announcements, and other emergency or operational systems. Without these systems fully operational, we cannot safely run school, sports camps, or other on-campus activities.

ETHS reopened for Summer School, sports camps, and other on-campus activities on Wednesday, June 10. All scheduled classes, camps, and activities will proceed as normally scheduled.

We do not know at this time. The district is working with cybersecurity forensic specialists to determine what information, if any, may have been accessed or acquired.

Beginning Monday, June 29, 2026, all 12-month staff should report to work on campus. Staff should expect limited access to some district systems and services as recovery work remains ongoing. Staff should not power on, log in to, or otherwise use any desktop workstations until further notice. If you need a laptop device, please visit the ChromeZone (H220) upon your arrival. If you have not already done so, please bring your district-issued laptop or device to the ChromeZone. All district-issued devices must be reviewed, reimaged, and cleared before they may be used. Staff who turn in their device will be issued a temporary device for use while their assigned device is being processed. Thank you for your continued flexibility and cooperation as we safely restore district systems.

As part of the district’s cybersecurity response and recovery efforts, all district-issued Windows and Mac laptops and devices must be reviewed and cleared by IIT before they may be used. This review process is mandatory and will include reimaging devices with a fresh installation of Windows and installing a new antivirus agent. Devices that have not yet been reviewed and cleared by IIT should be powered off and must not be used. Note: This does NOT apply to Chromebooks which can continue to be used without interruption. 

We recognize that many staff members have district-issued devices at home for the summer. Beginning Monday, June 15, staff whose district-issued laptops have not yet been reviewed should drop them off at the ChromeZone (Monday-Thursday, 8am to 5pm) so IIT can complete this process in preparation for the new school year. Please bring in your device by Wednesday, June 24 at 5:00pm. We understand that many staff are on summer break, and we appreciate your cooperation as we work to ensure devices will be ready for safe use. If you will not be able to return your device by June 24, please email your supervisor as soon as possible.

At this time, we do not have a timeline for when devices will be returned. We will provide more updates as information becomes available.

Staff Google account passwords were reset as a security precaution following the cybersecurity incident. Staff must reset their Google account password immediately if they have not done so since June 7, 2026. Do not use or restore your previous password. As a precaution, staff should sign out of all Google sessions and single sign-on accounts, then sign back in using their new password.

If you are unsure whether your password reset is complete or need help accessing your account, contact the ETHS Help Desk at helpdesk@eths202.org. The Help Desk can send a password reset link to a non-ETHS email address. Password resets can also be done onsite in the ChromeZone (H220) during Summer School hours.

Two-step verification will continue to be enforced across all staff accounts, as has been our standard security practice. A strong password should be unique, difficult to guess, and only used for your ETHS account. Use at least 8 characters, including a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols when possible.

At this time, we are not able to provide a specific timeline for when access to district systems will be fully restored. We will communicate updates as more information becomes available.

When you return to campus, do not use, power on, unplug, move, or otherwise interact with district workstations, desktop computers, phones, docking stations, or other connected technology unless authorized by IIT or district leadership.
