Communications

Creating a connected, informed school community.

At Evanston Township High School, we are committed to keeping families informed and engaged in their student's education and school community. We work to make sure you get the information you need— clearly, quickly, and in ways that work for you. From important updates to stories that celebrate our community, our goal is to keep you informed, involved, and inspired.

The Communications Office manages districtwide internal external communications, including crisis communications, media relations, weekly newsletters, website management, and official social media. Communications also produces annual publications, assists with coordinating ETHS events, and responds to request for records under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

How We Communicate with Families

ETHS uses a variety of communication tools and channels to ensure families receive timely, important information. Our communication approach is designed to be equitable and accessible, using plain language and multiple channels to ensure all families can easily receive and understand important information.

Additional Services

In addition to family communications, the Communications Office manages several districtwide services to support transparency, outreach, and engagement.

Share Your Wildkit Stories

We want to celebrate the incredible stories of ETHS students, staff, and alumni—but we can only uplift the stories we know about. If you have a story to share, please submit it using this form or contact the Communications Office at communications@eths202.org.
