Bid Opportunities

Evanston Township High School (ETHS) values transparent and equitable purchasing practices. We welcome the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vendors and suppliers through competitive solicitation processes, in accordance with the Illinois School Code and board policy.

When goods or services reach a certain threshold, or when competition is in the best interest of the district, ETHS may issue a formal solicitation. These opportunities are designed to ensure that the District receives the best overall value while maintaining fairness and accountability.

How to Participate

When open solicitations are available, they will be posted on this page with all necessary instructions and deadlines. Vendors are responsible for checking regularly for updates or addenda. Late submissions will not be accepted.
