Accounts Payable processes payments to vendors and service providers in a timely and responsible manner to support the school’s operational needs. The Business Office ensures all district employees are paid accurately and on schedule. This includes managing salaries, benefits, tax withholdings, and employment records.

The Business Offices handles the ordering and purchasing of goods and services for the school. This includes everything from instructional materials to equipment, all in compliance with district and state purchasing policies.

The Business Office serves as the central hub for all student account payments, including student fees and other school related expenses. We ensure that families have clear, accessible information and support when managing student financial obligations.

The Business Office plans and manages major building upgrades and renovation projects across campus. From renovations to creating new learning spaces, this work ensures our facilities meet current and future needs.

Grants Administration manages the development, implementation, and compliance of grant-funded programs at ETHS. This includes identifying funding opportunities, supporting grant applications, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that all reporting requirements are met. The goal is to maximize resources that support student learning and district priorities.

The Nutrition Services Department prepares and serves healthy, balanced meals every school day. In addition, the department manages meal accounts and Financial Assistance (including free/reduced lunch) applications.

The Operations Department oversees the essential functions that keep the school running smoothly, including facilities management, maintenance, custodial services, groundskeeping, and building logistics throughout the school year. With a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and responsiveness, this division works to ensure that ETHS remains a safe and well-maintained environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
